The SSI Mosaic Gala 2018 will be held at the stylish Merivale Ivy Ballroom in the heart of the city of Sydney.
The concept of a mosaic is about bringing many different elements together to form a beautiful whole, in this way; it encapsulates the spirit of diversity and social cohesion.
The SSI Mosaic Gala fundraiser aims to showcase the cultural diversity in Australia through a tantalising degustation menu featuring cuisines from various cultures. Entertainment will be provided by groups presenting traditional dance and musical performances.
There’ll be an exciting range of raffle prizes to be won and silent auction items to bid on.
Join us for an elegant evening of celebrating multiculturalism in Australia while helping us raise awareness of our work with refugees. The main focus for the evening will be education and employment as a pathway to inclusion, independence and success after settling in a new country.
All proceeds raised from this gala will support two SSI refugee programs – Ignite Small Business Start-Ups and Refugee Scholarships.
