Cleveland Rotary is proud to present Steve Baxter, TV Show “Shark Tank” judge, and well known investor and one of Australia’s most successful tech founders, at our next Business and Market Series event.
Steve’s entrepreneurial mindset saw him, at age 23 take his life savings of $11,000 to start “SE Net” an internet service provider, which was later acquired by Ozemail.
A few years later he launched PIPE Networks, which sold for $373 million 8 years later.
Steve is also Queensland’s Chief Entrepreneur at The Office of the Queensland Chief Entrepreneur. This Office supports the development of local entrepreneurs and small businesses by connecting them with the right opportunities, people and places to help them grow.
So come along and don’t miss this once in a lifetime opportunity to ask Steve about how you can move your ideas into an actual startup.
