Car The closest car park is Secure Parking located at 109 Pitt Street Sydney NSW 2000. To receive a discount of up to 30%, guests must pre-book online at http://merivale.com.au/secureparking. Coupon code at checkout online is Merivale Train The closest train station is Wynyard Station (4 min walk, 300 metre), take George Street exit, turn right and cross the street at the pedestrian lights. Palings Lane is between Bailey Nelson and Peter Alexander. At the end of the lane, turn to the left and then take the lift up to level one. Ride Service (Taxi, Uber etc.) With George Street now closed off, ride service providers are no longer able to drop off at front door. If catching a ride service, the closest drop off zone is Hunter Street on the corner of George Street or Pitt Street close to Angel Place. Ferry Ivy Ballroom is a 15 minute walk from Circular Quay Wharf

Entry instructions

Once you've entered the ground level of Ivy through Ash Street, there are two ways to get up to Level 1. You can walk up two flights of stairs until you've reached the foyer to the ivy ballroom or once you've entered ground level, on your right you'll see lifts, take the lifts to Level 1. There are two doors to the ballroom and level 1 is dedicated to the ivy ballroom. If you need wheelchair accessibility, you will have access to loading dock where you can catch the lifts up directly to level one, just outside the ivy ballroom. Please ensure that you tell the organiser pre-event that you need wheelchair accessibility so that we can liaise with the venue to have this organised.

After entry instructions

Ballroom doors will be closed until 6:30pm, there will be canapes and drinks served in the foyer until the ballroom doors open. You will need to register your attendance at the registration desk and your allocated seating will be displayed on an easel board next to registration desks.

Hazards

Potential hazards include: Two flights of stairs leading up to the ballroom (lifts are available as an alternative) Roadwork on George street (although not direct, it is still in close proximity to the venue) Foyer space for the ivy ballroom is relatively small (guests will not have to wait too long from time of arrival to when doors open)
