WHAT WE WILL DO –
This is a space of connection – with yourself and other like-minded mamas.
This two hour workshop is all about reconnecting to yourself as a woman, so you can be a more calm, connected and conscious woman and mama.
Focusing on the theme of the current New Moon, you will be guided through a centring meditation, hear thoughts and insights into how we can all be more mindful as mamas, have a chance to write and reflect on your own current situation, and learn practical tools you can use in your own home to help with the overwhelm that we all occasionally face.
