Tuition Fee of $2250 AUD (super early bird price) includes:
Training and course materials, including: a 200-page manual; properly transliterated Sanskrit mantra and kīrtan reference book; mantra Mp3’s; instructional pronunciation videos; extensive enrichment activities; business, branding, and marketing resources; and much more.
Online course fee of $108(USD) for one 40-day mantra group led by Anandra and/or Heart of Sound teaching staff. (If you’re unable to complete one before the course begins, you can take an online 40-day group after Module 1 ends.)
The Heart of Sound Module 1 is a deep immersion into the transformational power of sound. The focus is on direct experience of mantra, nāda, kīrtan & bhakti yoga, and attainment of sound-based yoga skills which will prepare you to do your personal practice with awareness and refinement.
For the first time in Sydney the opportunity to do the two week blissful immersion into Sanskrit, Mantra and Sound in The Heart of Sound Teacher Training with Anandra at the beautiful Swami's Retreat in Kenthurst Western Sydney Australia.

Daily Schedule
7:30AM ~ 10:00 AM
Mantra Japa Meditation
Praṇayama and Yogāsana for Sound-Based Practices
Nāda Yoga with tānpura, vocal toning, and Hindustanī morning rāga singing
11:00 AM ~ 1:00 PM
Primary lecture for the day.

Module 1 ~ Immersion in the Heart of Sound
Module 2 ~ Service through Sacred Sound

Musical skill training
Integrative small group practices and study time
Yin or Restorative yoga
5:30 PM ~ 6:30 PM
Each day ends with Bhakti Yoga ~ Kīrtan with Anandra, guest musicians, and student-led songs as inspired.
Most evenings there are reading and/or enrichment activities to study.
You’ll have time daily to take walks nearby the retreat property. There’s a spa and pool onsite for your enjoyment as well.
Also, as part of our course time, several group outings will be arranged to nearby sacred places for ceremony, practice, and meditation. (The selection of time/place is influenced by the calendar of holy days, weather and the group’s needs.)
We will have two half-days off during each 13 day module for rest and integration.
Retreat Packages:
The venue for the training is Swami’s Yoga Retreat. Room and board packages are $108 AUD per day, all inclusive. The retreat package total is $1512 AUD and includes 14 nights starting October 28th, and departure November 11th. Please arrange and pay for your stay directly with Swami’s and mention you’re doing the Heart of Sound course for the special rate. They’ve probably got spaces open if you’d like to arrive early or stay late – just plan it out with them directly! 🙂
